Carriers by country
Country directories will group national postal operators and private couriers so you can identify the company that handles the origin or destination leg.
Online store tracking
Orders from AliExpress, Temu, SHEIN, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wish and other stores may use several carriers during one journey. Future PostIndex shop guides will explain where to find the tracking number, which logistics partner may handle the parcel and how customs or last-mile handovers affect delivery.
How package tracking works
Check the dispatch email, receipt or order details.
Use the sender’s information or the number format.
Enter the complete number on the carrier page.
Review the latest scan, location and delivery stage.
International package tracking
An international parcel can be handled by an export carrier, airline or line-haul partner, customs authority and a destination postal operator. Tracking may pause between physical scans or during a handover. The dedicated carrier pages on PostIndex explain these events in plain English and help you find the correct official tracking service.
Package tracking FAQ
Where can I find my tracking number?
Look in the shipping confirmation email, store order page, receipt or message from the sender. It may be labelled tracking number, tracking ID, shipment number or waybill.
Why is my tracking number not working?
The label may have been created recently, the carrier may not have scanned the parcel yet, or a character may have been entered incorrectly. Check the number and allow time for the first event to appear.
Why has my package stopped moving?
Shipments can travel between facilities without public scans. Customs processing, weekends, weather, transport schedules and partner handovers can also delay the next update.
