- Open the tracking number to visit the carrier website.
- Keep the order reference and the shipment number together when asking for help.

Track an iHerb guest order
iHerb provides a lookup for purchases made without an account. Open the order-tracking link in its guest checkout guide, enter the order number, checkout email and shipping ZIP or postal code, then choose View your order. The same record provides the available return or refund options.
Use the details from the original purchase. If you need assistance, iHerb suggests mentioning “Guest Order” in its support chat.
What the iHerb order status means
| Status | Meaning and next check |

| Waiting for Payment | Payment needs attention. Review the instructions beside the order. |
| Processing / Fulfilling | The purchase is being handled or prepared in the warehouse. |
| Shipped | The order has left the warehouse. Check the carrier’s latest event. |
| Delivered | The carrier records a delivery. Review any available delivery evidence. |
| Returned | The parcel is going back to iHerb or a carrier facility. Contact the carrier for details. |
| Order Lost / Order Damaged | A shipping problem has been recorded. Ask the carrier about the shipment before escalating to iHerb. |

Tracking has stopped or delivery is late
Compare the last carrier event with the estimated delivery date in the order. iHerb explains that international tracking may have gaps, including around customs processing. Check any final-mile link and contact the carrier for the latest information.
If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, or delivery is more than 48 hours beyond the estimate, iHerb’s delivery guide directs customers to its support team. Have the order number, tracking number and delivery address ready. Missing proof of delivery is another reason to request assistance.

Use the shipment number shown beside the carrier link for carrier searches. The order number identifies the purchase and is used for the guest lookup and support.
