Why is GLS tracking not updating?
A GLS label can exist before the parcel is handed over. Later gaps may reflect transport between depots, weekends, customs or a partner handover. Recheck the number and use the country site shown in the sender’s notification.
How long does GLS delivery take?
Delivery estimates depend on the origin GLS company, service, route and destination. The tracking result may show an estimated day or live delivery information where that feature is supported.
International GLS tracking
Cross-border mail may show fewer scans while it is transported between countries. After arrival, customs or a local postal partner can create the next update. When a partner is named, checking the same tracking number on that operator’s official website can provide additional final-mile information.
