Common Redpack tracking statuses
The label exists, but the first physical scan may still be pending.
The carrier has received or scanned the parcel.
The shipment is moving between facilities or countries.
An international item is under import or export review.
The parcel is on its local delivery route.
The carrier recorded delivery, collection or completed handover.
Why is Redpack tracking not updating?
A newly generated number may not work until the first physical scan. Updates can also pause between sorting facilities, during cross-border transport, customs review, weekends or transfer to a last-mile partner.
International Redpack tracking
Cross-border packages often involve more than one company. The same number may later work on the destination postal operator’s website. A customs or partner handover can create a temporary gap even while the shipment continues moving.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Look in the shipping confirmation, retailer account, receipt, parcel label, SMS or message from the sender.
Why is the number not found?
The label may be new, the first scan may be pending, or one character may have been copied incorrectly.
What if tracking says delivered but nothing arrived?
Check the mailbox, safe place, reception and neighbours, then contact the sender or official carrier support promptly.
