About InPost
InPost operates parcel lockers, collection points and courier delivery services in Poland and several European markets. Its automated parcel machines let recipients collect shipments using the instructions supplied by InPost. A 24-digit shipment number identifies the parcel and opens its latest operational history.
PostIndex is an independent tracking guide and is not affiliated with InPost. The tracking button opens the official carrier service.

Why is InPost tracking not updating?
A number can be generated before the parcel is placed in a locker or handed to a courier. Updates may also pause between sorting centres, during weekends, cross-border transport or a busy delivery period.
How long does InPost delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the origin, destination, service, handover time and local network. Locker delivery and international services follow different schedules. The newest official tracking event provides the best indication of progress.
