About SEUR

SEUR provides domestic and international parcel and logistics services, particularly in Spain and Portugal. Its tracking tools use the shipment ID to show progress and may support real-time delivery information or delivery changes for eligible parcels.

PostIndex is an independent tracking guide. It does not transport parcels and is not affiliated with SEUR. The button above opens the carrier’s official service, where the latest operational tracking data is displayed.

How to track a SEUR package

1. Find the number

Check the dispatch email, marketplace order, receipt or parcel label.

2. Enter it correctly

Copy every letter and digit without accidental spaces.

3. Review the result

Open official tracking and check the newest scan and delivery step.

Why is SEUR tracking not updating?

A newly generated number may not work until the first physical scan. Updates can also pause between sorting facilities, during cross-border transport, customs review, weekends or transfer to a last-mile partner.

Useful checks: verify the carrier and number, remove spaces, wait for the first acceptance scan and compare the code with the sender’s message. If the delivery estimate has passed, contact the sender or carrier support.

International SEUR tracking

Cross-border packages often involve more than one company. The same number may later work on the destination postal operator’s website. A customs or partner handover can create a temporary gap even while the shipment continues moving.

The label may be new, the first scan may be pending, or one character may have been copied incorrectly.
