How online-store tracking works
After an order is dispatched, the store or marketplace normally adds a tracking number to your account. The first logistics company may transport the package internationally, while another carrier completes customs handover and local delivery.
Find your package number
- Sign in to the store or marketplace.
- Open Orders, Purchases or Order History.
- Select the dispatched item.
- Copy the parcel number shown under tracking or logistics details.
Store tracking FAQ
Is an order number the same as a tracking number?
No. The order number identifies the purchase, while the tracking number identifies the shipment moving through a carrier network.
Why has my order not started tracking?
The seller may have created a label before handing the package to the carrier. Wait for the first physical acceptance scan.
