Informational service

PostIndex provides carrier directories, tracking explanations, delivery guides, postal-code information, and general delivery-time estimates. It is not a carrier, postal operator, retailer, customs authority, insurer, or payment provider.

No delivery contract

Using PostIndex does not create a shipping contract with PostIndex. Delivery services are governed by the terms of the sender, retailer, marketplace, carrier, and relevant authorities.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to provide useful information, but tracking formats, prices, routes, service levels, customs rules, and estimates can change. Content and tools may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Verify shipment-specific decisions with the official provider.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, overload tools, collect data unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use tracking information to violate privacy or safety.

Third-party names and links

Carrier and retailer names are used for identification. Trademarks belong to their owners. External websites are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and policies.

Estimates and liability

Delivery-time ranges are planning estimates, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, PostIndex is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, damage, customs decisions, fees, purchases, or actions taken on third-party websites.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update is subject to the current version shown on this page.
