adidas order tracking

Use the adidas order tracker for the purchase record and the shipment-email link for the parcel journey. Start with the adidas storefront used at checkout.

How to check an adidas order

  1. Open the order tracker on the adidas website where you made the purchase.
  2. Have the order number and checkout email address ready.
  3. Enter the requested details and open the matching order.
  4. For a dispatched parcel, follow the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email.

The UK tracking guidance identifies the order number and email as the details for the order lookup. The Canadian guidance describes the same basic lookup. Delivery options and support procedures depend on the country.

Order lookup and carrier tracking

Keep the two records together: the adidas order reference identifies your purchase, while the shipment link leads to the parcel information. When checking with a delivery company, use the tracking number attached to that shipment rather than guessing from the order reference.

Choose the information that answers your question
Your questionStart here
Which purchase am I viewing?Compare the order reference, checkout email, date and products.
Where is the parcel?Open the link in the shipment confirmation and read the latest carrier event.
When should it arrive?Compare the current delivery estimate with any more recent shipping update.
Who can explain a problem?Use adidas support for the purchase and the named delivery company for its parcel record.

Can’t find an adidas confirmation email?

Search the inbox used at checkout, including spam and archived messages. Distinguish the original order confirmation from a later dispatch email. If you used more than one email address for shopping, check the address associated with this purchase before retrying the order tracker.

When the details still do not match, use adidas help for the storefront where you ordered. Keep your purchase reference available and explain which step fails.

What if tracking stops updating?

Record the exact last event, its date and the expected delivery date. Compare the order page with the linked carrier record. These checks help separate a parcel with no new scan from a purchase that has not yet supplied shipping details.

If the delivery estimate has passed, or the carrier requests action, contact the relevant support channel. Include what the tracking currently says instead of describing the order only as “late”. Follow the instructions shown for your country and order; a delivery timetable from another market may not apply.

Tracking says delivered, but the parcel is missing

Check the delivery details for a named location or recipient and any available delivery evidence. Compare the address with your order and ask household members or reception whether they accepted it. If it remains missing, contact the carrier and adidas with the shipment number and delivery event.

adidas tracking FAQ

Do I need the order number or the shipment number?

The adidas lookup uses the order details. A carrier search needs the parcel number supplied with the shipment. Keep both references rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Can I use the UK tracker for a purchase from another country?

Start on the storefront where you bought the items. This guide links to the UK tracker; choose the corresponding order-tracking service for a different market.

I bought adidas shoes from a different shop. Where do I start?

Use the selling retailer’s order page and dispatch email. You can find other retailers in the PostIndex shop directory and delivery companies in the carrier directory.
